About us

Our Mission and Vision

PACE is on a mission to bridge research and real life — making evidence accessible, inclusive, and relevant to everyday communities. We build research and evidence literacy, empower people to engage with the studies and decisions that shape their lives, and work toward a future where everyone can understand, use, and influence research for equity and social good.

Dr Glory Aigbedion

Glory is a public health Researcher, Educator and Advocate for inclusive, community-led research.

Her work focuses on maternal and child health, equity, and co-designed approaches that make research more participatory and accessible.

She believes that the people most affected by inequality should have a voice in shaping the evidence that influences their lives. With experience across universities, health systems, and community organisations, Glory brings both academic expertise and lived understanding of global health challenges.

She holds a PhD in Public Health and is passionate about building trust, representation, and real-world impact through research that is done with communities, not on them.

“I started PACE to change how research is done, with, not just about, the communities most impacted by inequality.” – Glory
